At 3rd January 2011, 17th Open Girnar Mountain Climbing Competition 2011 will be held in Junagadh City Saurashtra Gujarat.
Some 1,673 participants have registered for this unforgettable event.
As to win and beat others some have already started practicing before months ago.
Let’s know in detail from Nayan Thorat who is District sports officer, he said that,
"Participants from Junagadh, Rajkot, Amreli, Jamnagar, Surendranagar, Kutch and other districts of the state have sent their entries."
One of the biggest main role in to organize this events like, state sports, cultural and youth affairs department and district administration.
To review competition arrangements, District collector Banchha Nidhiyani, met to district officers of various departments.
One famous place name “Mahant Mangalnathji Ashram Bhavnath” from where this event will start.
